ABOUT THE COMPANY
Pacific Aerostar was established in 2000 to specialize in providing leading edge Flight and Ground Training for the Aerostar Owner or Operator. We also provide Aerostar acquisition and refurbishment management consulting services to new and existing Aerostar owners.
In the last 15 years the Air Traffic Control system and the Federal
Airspace has become much more complicated and congested. This,
along with the advanced technology in aircraft avionics , requires
a change in the way we train pilots. Our flight and ground training
techniques are modeled after the major airlines training programs,
which are the most advanced in the world.
State of the art avionics such as GPS and Multi-function Displays
( MFD ) will be used when available to help increase pilots situational
awareness, and improve flight safety. The use of Standard Operating
Procedures ( SOP ) , Single-Pilot Resource Management ( SRM ) and
Scenario based flight techniques will be used in the ground and flight training syllabus.
Pacific Aerostar’s goal is to become the flight training company of
choice , for all Aerostar operators and owner/pilots. Our objective is to increase the proficiency , knowledge, and confidence of each pilot
that trains with us, so that overall safety may be improved in the operation of the aircraft.
